Jazzie is the creator of The Israel Bites, a celiac food blogger, social media manager, and kallah teacher. She created The Israel Bites to help English speakers navigate gluten-free living in Israel, sharing trusted restaurant recommendations, practical resources, and education about celiac disease. Jazzie holds a master’s degree in Talmud and combines her passion for Torah, health, and community in her work. Originally from a small island off the coast of South Carolina, she now lives in Israel with her husband and is expecting twins.
