RHOC S20 E13: Prenuvo, Persian Parties & Petty Drama
RHOC Season 20, Episode 13 – “Don’t Look Now” brings plenty of emotional conversations, friendship drama, family issues, and one very awkward confrontation between Heather and Alexis.
Emily, Gina, and Shannon reflect on the fallout from the previous party and feel badly for Carmela, who they believe never got the accountability she deserved from Vicki. Meanwhile, Emily admits that she and Shane are struggling and that she feels a disconnect in their marriage.
Tamra and Vicki undergo Prenuvo scans, with Vicki becoming emotional about her fear of developing Alzheimer’s because of her family history. The conversation takes a turn when Tamra tells the other women that Vicki has “brain damage” from her previous health issues. Vicki is furious that her private health information is being discussed and confronts Tamra, asking her to stop talking about her.
Heather and Terry have one of the episode’s most heartfelt conversations as they discuss their aging parents, childhood trauma, and how they have essentially “re-parented” each other. Terry opens up about being raised by a single mother, while Heather reflects on growing up in a family where she didn't feel encouraged to be smart or pursue her talents.
At Shane’s Persian family party, Emily is dealing with her own family stress. Luke becomes overwhelmed and stays home, leaving Emily feeling conflicted about whether she can actually enjoy herself. Later, she and Shane argue about their relationship, parenting responsibilities, and whether either of them is making enough space for the other.
Carmela and Jenn bond over divorce, independence, and the fear of having everything fall apart again. Carmela explains why becoming licensed in real estate and taking control of her own future is so important to her.
Then comes the big party at Elizabeth Vargas’ house, where Housewives from the past and present come together. Heather is wearing the Chanel necklace she gave Emily, Vicki and Tamra are still dealing with their tension, and Alexis and John arrive to immediately create awkwardness.
When Heather believes Alexis snubbed her, Emily jokingly offers to “beat her up,” and Heather eventually confronts Alexis outside. Alexis denies giving her a look and questions why she owes Heather anything. Heather isn't having it, and suddenly we're heading straight toward DEFCON 1.
Overall: This episode mixes serious conversations about aging parents, marriage, childhood trauma, and health with classic Housewives petty drama — culminating in Heather vs. Alexis and another round of Tamra and Vicki's increasingly toxic friendship.
