I’m ambitious as fuck. I want more. More impact, more experiences, more money, more rooms, more life.

And I’ve learned not to apologise for that.

But I’ve also noticed something else about achievement.

We can spend months or years climbing towards something that feels absolutely huge... only to reach it, barely take in the view and immediately start looking for the next fucking mountain.

The extraordinary becomes ordinary. The thing we once desperately wanted becomes the new baseline. And somehow, it still doesn’t ever quite feel like enough.

In this episode, I’m exploring what happens when achievement becomes tangled up with worth, why we’re so quick to dismiss the evidence of how far we’ve come and why I don’t think the answer is wanting less.

Because ambition and enoughness can coexist.

You can want the next mountain without making the one you’re already standing on meaningless.

And sometimes the identity work isn’t about creating another receipt.

It’s finally allowing yourself to receive the ones you’ve already earned.
