When you feel like nothing matters and everything feels blah and unnecessary and stuck and you're not sure what would help, let me share some Facebook/Reddit wisdom with you (which is backed with the book "Burnout" by Emily and Amelia Nagoski (sidenote, I haven't read it, but it's on the list!) about learned helpnessness and how much it matters to do something... that isn't nothing.
A sweet little emotional episode of tiny things that remind me that I matter, and a reminder that you matter, you literally have the power to change the world and I'm not even using that as a metaphor!
