Rev. David William Parry (pronouns: he/him/his), PhD, DD (Hons), FRAS, FRAI is a priest of Old Catholic Apostolic Church of St Valentine’s Hall at the Isle of Bute in Scotland. He is also a poet, author, and international speaker whose work spans spirituality, literature, theatre, religion, and culture.
David is author of over 60 publications and 4 books including the much admired Caliban’s Redemption (2004), The Grammar of Witchcraft (2009), Mount Athos Inside Me (2019), the anarchic Women in Mayhem (2024), and Cultivating Presence (2025).
David is known for bringing together faith, creativity, LGBTQIA+ and contemporary social issues in his writing and public talks.
