My friend is in the process of conversion and the other night something came through him screaming "I will not partake in his passion" and he has no memory of it. I have to live with this person how do I handle this in the meantime? there's been a lot more but that was a very conformational experience. Also, should lay people engage in “deliverance prayers”

Hello, I have a question for the priest: I live in one diocese, but I’ve registered and go to an ICKSP parish in a neighboring diocese—I don't attend my local parish. Can my family receive sacraments like baptism or confirmation there without approval from my home diocese's priest, since it’s a non-territorial parish?
