This week we have Warden Paul Kish on the Neighbors podcast. Warden Kish has been in the world of prison since he was 8 years old and has been a warden himself for 4 years and before that an assistant warden for over 10 years. But, he's not your average prison warden. He loves Jesus deeply and views his facility, not as a place to rule, but a place to serve.
His life has been marked by bringing light into the prison system and now that light isn't his own, but the light of Jesus. His own story of getting baptized in front of his inmates, his relentless pursuit and fight to hold church inside of facilities, and his genuine love for the men inside those walls is inspiring and challenging.
Maybe God isn't calling you to go inside of prisons, but what is He calling you to do? Like Warden Kish, just do whatever the Good Shepherd is telling you to do.
