In this episode, John Dickinson discusses the Law Commission’s 15 May 2025 report on Modernising Wills Law and the proposed draft Bill for a new Wills Act, giving particular attention to the proposed reforms in relation to testamentary capacity and the formality requirements to create a valid Will. This will include considering what is changing and some of the benefits and risks.
