What if the reason you keep struggling to lose weight has less to do with your food choices and more to do with your relationship with food?
In this episode, I’m walking you through two very different versions of the same day: the woman who prioritizes weight loss before healing her relationship with food, and the woman who learns to heal her relationship with food first and then uses those skills to pursue sustainable weight loss.
We’ll look at what happens when you’re constantly restricting, labeling foods as “good” and “bad,” fighting food noise, relying on willpower, and starting over every time you feel like you’ve messed up. And then we will explore how different life can look when you stop treating food as the enemy.
Because sustainable weight loss isn’t about becoming better at dieting.
It’s about becoming someone who can make healthy choices without needing to be perfect.
