She is also the founder of a Female-led collective called Women Connect, creating safer inclusive spaces for women, gender fluid and non-conforming people in the creative industry. With over 10 years' experience, Alex shares how Type 1 Diabetes, Gastroparesis and mobility issues affects her day to day working life whilst working within the music industry and how workplaces can better cater to creatives with disabilities. Unseen, Unheard report brings together extensive survey findings and first-hand insights of intersectional prejudice. 

Together with Attitude is Everything, Black Lives In Music calls on the industry to drive real change on Representation, Consultation and Commitment. This podcast series features interviews and discussions with Black disabled creators and industry professionals.
