A major driving force in the festival sector with Knockengorroch in south west Scotland, and artist agent, a coach, expert speaker on major global music panels, she has seen and done it all. Ahead of a series of workshops in Glasgow and Edinburgh on how artists can be better at self promotion and the scared art of touring, she talks to Shaun Milne about her career, the shape of the music sector and industry, and what motivates her to help.
