Slomo are responsible for one of the most listened to pieces of music in my (paddy) collection. These 2 absolute gents bonded over a mutual love of antiquarianism and heavy music. They were also responsible for a lot of behind the scenes stuff at Julian Cope's Head Heritage site, which at its peak was the coolest spot on the Internet for people into heavy out there sounds and out door activity.
We chat to Slomo, ahead of a rare live appearance with Gnod at the Golden Lion in Todmorden on Sept 1st 2024, about their glacial work ethic, Stephen O'Malley and future plans.
