I break down the concept of “Be. Do. Have.” and how changing my identity changed everything for me.
For a long time, I thought success worked like: have something first, then do the work, then become confident. But I realized the order is actually the opposite. If you want a certain life, you first have to become the type of person capable of creating it.
Once you truly believe you are that person, your actions start to change. You begin doing the things that version of you would do consistently. And eventually, you have the results you once chased.
I also connect this idea to Tony Robbins’ 3 S’s: State, Story, and Strategy - and how your identity, the story you tell yourself, and the energy you operate in all shape your results.
This episode is about building belief, changing your identity, and becoming the person your goals require first.
