We all experience hardships in our lives, some small, and some so big we seem not to find a way out. During these challenging times, we sometimes become our worst enemies and start fueling our shadows making them grow ever larger and become attached to them in an unhealthy way. In this episode, we discuss the act of self-victimization that we humans perform subconsciously and propose ways to avoid being stuck in the loop of misery.
