What would you do differently if you could go back and start your business all over again?
In this solo episode of Bridal Club™, Andrea Cole reflects on the lessons she wishes someone had shared when she first started DBANDREA®.
Over the past decade, she has grown a flower preservation side hustle into one of the nation's leading flower preservation companies. Along the way, she has navigated difficult client conversations, financial blind spots, overwhelming to-do lists, hiring challenges, and the growing pains that come with building a business.
This episode is a candid look at the experiences that shaped her as a founder, leader, and entrepreneur.
Andrea shares:
- The financial lesson she didn't learn in business school
- Why understanding your numbers changes everything
- The client communication experience that transformed how she leads
- How setting expectations creates better customer experiences
- The time management habits that helped her stop feeling overwhelmed
- Why the people around you influence your future
- The mindset shift that made hiring and delegation possible
- How building a team helped create a business that could grow beyond one person
Whether you're just starting your business or navigating your next season of growth, this episode is filled with honest reflections, practical wisdom, and lessons learned the hard way.
