A guided somatic practice you can do at home, or anywhere else to awaken your 5 senses, connect with your body and awaken your pleasure - guided by Elodie Joy.
You can do this as a full ritual with candles and music, as a two minute reset at your desk, in partner play with a blindfold, or in your solo practice. It works everywhere because your senses go everywhere with you.
When you awaken your senses, you awaken your your pleasure and aliveness.

Welcome pleasure being, I’m Patricia
I grew up as the “good girl”, achieving, performing and unable to receive. After surviving a D V marriage, I spent years reconnecting with my body, exploring over 400 pleasure tools, countless embodied practices, and completing more than 20 certifications.
I am an award-winning somatic pleasure educator and explorer. I guide you to awaken, deepen and widen your capacity for pleasure, so you can feel radiant, regulated and deliciously turned on by yourself and life itself.
Pleasurelit is built on my trauma-informed Somatic Pleasure approach, drawing on tantra, breathwork, yoga and k*nk. It is pleasure lit from within, felt deeply in the body and lived as a way of being.
