So, you want you get better at running or at something other than running? Well, you found the right podcast. Because after I talk about my birthday weekend in NYC I spend 35 minutes of this episode detailing eight different ways you can work on getting better. And guess what? You can get started on all of them immediately. I intentionally ended the title of this episode without specifically mentioning running.
