We put Philippians 4:13 on jerseys, gym walls, and graduation caps—and turned it into a promise that Jesus will help us WIN.

But Paul wasn’t talking about championships, promotions, or accomplishing every dream.

My brother was talking about being HUNGRY. 😳

Paul had experienced abundance AND need, and learned that Christ could sustain him through both.

🔥 Philippians 4:13 isn’t a promise that Christ will make you successful. It’s a declaration that Christ will give you strength to remain faithful.

👉🏾 You can lose and still have Christ.
👉🏾 You can get rejected and still have Christ.
👉🏾 You can have plenty and still need Christ.

Welcome to Victory U: Biblical Misconceptions, where we stop building theology around the punchline and READ THE PARAGRAPH.

💬 Where do you need Christ’s strength right now?
