Suzanne Clark, President and CEO of the US Chamber of Commerce, says businesses want greater certainty, including faster permitting, more legal immigration, lower tariffs and additional trade agreements to open markets and make supply chains more consistent. Clark says businesses are still seeing demand, but face labor shortages, particularly in construction and skilled trades. She spoke to Bloomberg's Kailey Leinz.
