UN General Assembly President Annalena Baerbock says that the next UN secretary general will shape the organization's role on global security, AI governance and institutional reform. Speaking exclusively to Bloomberg's Romaine Bostick, Baerbock says that selecting a woman for the role would reinforce the UN's credibility on equality while also warning that the organization faces a critical financial moment that requires reforms.
