Kenneth Rogoff, Chair of International Economics at Harvard, warns that rising debt and persistently higher interest rates are leaving the US increasingly vulnerable to the next major shock. Rogoff spoke to Bloomberg’s Tom Keene on the sidelines of the Jackson Hole Economic Symposium.
