She said on the podcast I was doing all of the things I had done prior and they just weren’t working. Marcella got into running for multiple reasons; one of those was in hopes of changing her body composition. She would log long runs, intense trainings sessions and overtime she found that she was gaining weight. After dealing with the frustration she reached out to Hallie to begin coaching. Marcella learned so much about nutrition and how her body worked. Beyond that the mindset tools she has gain have enhanced the quality of her life in so many other ways.
