If I could go back to when I first started bass fishing and give myself five pieces of advice, these are the things I’d say.
I wasted money on tackle I didn’t need. I thought I needed every new lure. I fished too fast. I didn’t always understand how important location and seasonal patterns were. And, probably most importantly, I took way too long to develop confidence in the baits I was using.
In this episode, I break down the 5 things I wish I knew when I was a younger angler — lessons learned from years on the water, making mistakes, figuring things out, and hopefully getting a little better along the way.
If you're just getting started in bass fishing, or you've been doing it for years, I think there's something in here every angler can relate to.
