In this one, Ian and Liv talk about an island off the coast of India where the inhabitants have remain completely uncontacted by the rest of the world, and have defended their island with primitive violence for the last 200 years. Despite local laws prohibiting island interaction, people (yes, plural) have tempted their fate on North Sentinel Island.
