He: בבוקר קיצי חם, השמש האירה על האוהלים הלבנים של בית החולים בשדה.
En: On a hot summer morning, the sun shone on the white tents of the field hospital.
He: גבריאל צעד בין המיטות המאולתרות, המחשבות רצות בראשו.
En: Gavriel walked between the makeshift beds, thoughts racing in his mind.
He: "איך נספיק לקנות את כל מה שצריך עם התקציב המוגבל?
En: "How will we manage to buy everything we need with the limited budget?"
He: " הוא תהה לעצמו.
En: he wondered to himself.
He: איליאורה, האחות המנוסה, ראתה את הדאגה בפניו של גבריאל כשהתקרבה אליו.
En: Eliora, the experienced nurse, saw the worry on Gavriel's face as she approached him.
He: "אתה נראה עייף, גבריאל," אמרה ברוך.
En: "You look tired, Gavriel," she said gently.

En: "You don't have to do everything alone.
