Arden Myrin is back in the Pol' Atteu Beverly Hills Showroom and we get into
everything from Hollywood war stories to protecting your magic, dating after divorce, fashion obsessions and the very unusual reason her on-screen husband Burt Kreischer still will not kiss her.
We pick up with Arden looking back at the shows she loved making, what it feels like to be underestimated, and why she refuses to let anyone minimize the work behind the comedy. She opens up about writing her own book, building and designing her own home, creating a musical and the lesson
her late mother gave her as a child: protect your magic.
That conversation takes us somewhere more personal as Arden and Patrik connect over losing their mothers, learning to stop people-pleasing and finally giving themselves permission to listen to what actually feels right.
Then the relationship tea starts to pour. Arden reveals she has a boyfriend — a grown-ass man with a job, thank you very much — and explains why nine months together definitely does not mean nine months to move in.
With Atlanta calling for another fast six-week shoot, we get into life on
the set of Free Bert, block shooting an entire season, lightning lockdowns,
memorizing scripts out of order and the tricks Arden uses to get her lines into her body.
And then there is Bert. Arden explains why, despite their on-screen chemistry, Bert Kreischer has never kissed her on the show — and why
she actually respects the reason. Could this season finally give their
characters a little more intimacy? Arden has hopes, but she has not seen all
the scripts yet.
Of course, no Undressed conversation stays serious for too long. We detour through Rome, Fendi boots that should never have been worn for
a walking tour, red kitten heels, lucite “come-fuck-me” shoes, Patrik's Versace obsession and a debate over whether style is ever worth destroying your feet.
And just when we think the episode cannot get more fabulous, SnowWhite90210 enters the conversation as the true professional: camera-ready, cue-conscious and apparently prepared for her next close-up.
It is funny, revealing and unexpectedly heartfelt — an interview about knowing who you are, protecting what makes you different and finding the people who actually get your magic.
