Alves Ludovico is a Portuguese artist based in Helsinki whose practice investigates the entanglements between material consumption, ecological balance, and interspecies well-being. Over the past years, he has developed a material practice centered on sugar, exploring its potential as a biodegradable sculptural medium and speculative bioplastic.
