80s Dance Classics: The Essential 80's Dance Mix Vol. 6 (2019)

This episode is 80s dance music — The Essential 80's Dance Mix, Vol. 6 (2019) — assembled to gather notable tracks that missed earlier volumes and to cap this particular series run. The two-and-a-half-hour mix leans on club-era reworks, Ultimix and Hot Tracks edits, and a handful of modern culture-shock remixes to keep a steady, floor-ready flow while honoring the originals' hooks.

Highlights include ABC's Look Of Love (Ultimix), Eurythmics' Sweet Dreams in a Culture Shock remix, Edge remixes of Human League staples Don't You Want Me and (Keep Feeling) Fascination, plus Bananarama's Venus and Madonna's Open Your Heart among other dancefloor favorites. Sequencing and selection were carefully considered — sometimes over weeks — to preserve momentum across nearly two and a half hours.

Party Favorz notes a temporary pause on further 80s compilations but promises future revisits to New Order, Depeche Mode, and SAW-era material. For now, sit back and enjoy a nostalgia-forward, remix-focused take on classic 80s dance tracks.
