Boris starts his podcast from day 4 of the RLB race - he talks about the changing weather and how he has managed and also mismanaged this though the night, in an honest revelation. He also discusses how he hasn't fully got his sea legs and how sleeping is harder on these new boats to get comfy and also more challenging in solo mode. Boris goes on to talk about the very light patch of wind and loosing some miles but he had to go on deck to shake a reef and in doing so discovered a rainbow.
Then he talks about his breakfast cereal and wishes everyone a happy Monday morning.
