Kath is also a mum, hosts a podcast about staying active throughout pregnancy, birth and postpartum recovery (which has 69k+ listens!), and does online women's physiotherapy consults for women all around the world - so she's a pretty busy woman!
In this episode we talk about everything from Kath's own postpartum experiences which shaped her career pathway into women's health physiotherapy to prolapse, abdominal separation and returning to exercise after having a baby.
