My guest in this first episode is Charity Cheung, co-founder of Moklair, which is a rising star in the French specialty coffee scene. She and her partner Kevin David burst onto the scene in 2022 after winning the French Brewers Cup and French Barista Championships, respectively and their café in Champagne is a highly sought after local favourite.
