This week, Thomas shares a teaching on creating conscious inner spaciousness to process life’s challenges and use them as engines for personal and spiritual growth.

By opening up space for a larger “cup” to hold our wounds and traumas, we can address and understand them without being defined by them. Having this space also allows us to shift from a state of habitual, past-focused attention to one of conscious presence.

Thomas shares how integrating the past in this way brings in new light and new possibilities, enables us to mature and grow (both personally and collectively), and disrupts patterns of intergenerational trauma.
