First, Tony and Evan discuss The Walt Disney Company's loaded Q1 earnings call where it was announced that Disney, Fox Sports, and WB Discovery would join forces to create a sports streaming service (04:59). In the same Q1 earnings call, Disney announced that they would invest $1.5 billion into Epic Games, the creators of Fortnite. Tony and Evan discuss the business and legal strategy with a move of this nature (12:46). Later, Tony and Evan talk about an interesting lawsuit filed by Snoop Dogg against Walmart for failure to appropriately sell or showcase his brand of cereals. What does this lawsuit mean? And finally, in light of Usher performing the Super Bowl Halftime Show in Las Vegas this year, Tony and Evan share their favorite Usher song that features a collab from another singer (29:55).
