After eating my way through Europe for 3 months- enjoying pizza, gelato, chocolate, pastries...trust me the list goes on! I've noticed that my body has changed quite a bit. I've lost muscle mass (aka my ass has gotten flatter), my stomach is looking a little more voluminous and my stretch marks have become much more visible.


Adjusting to changes in your body, especially when they are unplanned, is always a difficult thing. We can begin to feel guilty and put ourselves down for letting our bodies get 'out of control'.


That is exactly why i wanted to make today's episode, as i know this is a topic many people struggle with, but it's not talked about enough! i'm here to tell you that it is ok that your body has fluctuated, you are still hot asf!!!!
