This week's guest at No More Mondays Talks is the Norwegian designer, entrepreneur and factory owner, Elisabeth Stray Pedersen. She started her eponymous label ESP in 2015 and has since then created 11 collections, while remaining an independently owned and run brand. We wanted to hear more about her story, how she became a factory owner and what inspires her to design.
