Kelly Clarkson has gone viral after claiming staff at a Brooklyn toy store refused to sell her a mechanical bird.
The store's co-owner has a very different version of events, and what followed was a messy back-and-forth involving review bombs, fan pile ons, and questions about whether the bird was ever actually for sale.
