Anna Faris is someone you want to work with. She's funny, gorgeous, and down for anything. Seriously, she commits to the bit, whether that's being housed with s3men or injecting collagen. In 2011, she returned with 'What's Your Number?' a raunchy comedy about how many people a woman could have sex with without being discarded as damaged goods. The problem was, studios didn't know if she could be trusted to pull it off. In their eyes, women are inherently unfunny, and any female-led box office hits were basically flukes. Seth Rogan, Catherine O'Hara, Amy Pascal and more contributed to this incredible New Yorker piece, and its absolutely worth revisiting. Shout out to Not Aspirational pod host and actor Hannah Aaron Brown who is all across it.
