Grief is one of those things that changes shape all the time.
In this episode, I’m sharing the lessons I’ve learned while navigating loss, from grieving my Poppa and my great-aunt Reena to losing a friend unexpectedly when I was 20.
I used to feel ashamed of how deeply I could grieve someone I had not known for years. I fall in love fast, I care deeply, and I used to wonder if I was allowed to feel that much sadness. But grief is not measured by a timeline. It is measured by the love that existed there.
We are talking about why you do not need to justify your grief, what it means when people say grief is love with nowhere to go, and how their love can still live on through the life I’m building.
This is a gentle episode for anyone missing someone, carrying an old loss into a new season, or learning that healing does not mean forgetting. It means finding a way to let love continue.
