Some things are difficult because they are wrong. Others are difficult because they matter.

It is easy to look at struggle, frustration, or slow progress and assume it means we should stop. But difficulty alone does not tell you whether a decision is good or bad. Resilience often involves learning to separate the difficulty of a situation from what that difficulty actually means.

This episode is about learning not to let discomfort make the decision for you. Before deciding that something isn't working, ask whether the problem is the path—or simply the fact that the path is hard.

Is this a warning sign, or just resistance?
