The Supreme Court rejected Donald Trump's attempt to cancel the Constitution's guarantee of birthright citizenship.

So now, Trump has announced that he's going to tell the Supreme Court to change its ruling - to reverse itself - intending to file in the Supreme Court a petition for reconsideration.
