Annika Hedås Falk has 30 years' experience as principal and teacher in schools in different parts of Stockholm. She has worked in both compulsory and upper secondary schools, in both municipal and independent school. She has also worked for the City of Stockholm with strategic pedagogic leadership, and for the Nobel Foundation as Director of Education, building an international network for teachers around the world.
