As we meet the end of July, this inspiring conversation with Kat Shaw invites us to reflect on the theme of the 'rebel' and where initially small acts of sacred rebellion, of self care if you will, might be taking us as we continue on into 2026.... We go deep, as I talk with Kat about her journey towards living a more rebellious life, where women have been fed a narrative and how the status quo creates a veil designed to distract us from our true calling, and so much more... it's long, it's full of swearing and it's all SO SO important!
Kat is an activist artist, who prides herself on dismantling the patriarchy, breaking society’s stereotypical views of beauty and challenging every negative paradigm that women have been drip fed since birth
Over the last 7 years, Kat has painted over 3500 women’s bodies in all their glory, held successful exhibitions and live shows,
She is also a fierce feminist, pole dancer, and mum to a gorgeous adult daughter, and has a podcast called Sacred as Fuck that she co-hosts with Carolyn Swann.
