Absolutely. I’d keep these natural and conversational, while working in the phrases people might actually search for - wellbeing after 50, living well, longevity, morning routines, healthy ageing, lifestyle - without making it feel SEO-written.
What does it actually mean to live well after 50? And do we really need another perfect morning routine, another wellness ritual or another list of things we should be doing to live a longer, healthier life?
In this episode of Styling Matters, I’m sharing my own approach to wellbeing after 50 - and why I’ve become much less interested in optimising every part of my life. From flexible mornings and sleep to movement, creativity, reading, meditation and the small rituals that help me feel grounded, I’m looking at what genuinely makes life feel better rather than what social media tells us we should be doing.
I also question our growing obsession with longevity. Of course I want to live a long and healthy life, but I’m much more interested in how I’m living now. This is a personal look at what living well means to me, why I’ve stopped chasing perfection, and why I believe wellbeing should fit your life - not the other way around.
