In this episode, I’m joined by Regyna Curtis, Julianna Harry, and Sara Chambers to explore what legacy means for founders who want to build businesses differently. We move away from the patriarchal idea of legacy as a name or lineage and toward legacy as impact, with Julianna introducing the Indigenous concept of seven generations and Sara framing legacy as the reputation we build through the choices we make today. Every one of us leaves a legacy whether we intend to or not, which makes it our responsibility to be intentional about what that legacy will be.
