Let’s recall the world’s most famous peace conference in Versailles and how it played out for Ukraine. This is an extract from Oleksander Shulhyn’s memoirs. He was Ukraine’s minister of foreign affairs and a member of the Ukrainian delegation at the Paris Peace Conference in 1919.
