Rory and Michael Asselta are two of the brightest young players in New Jersey golf, with Rory already reaching a level that is almost unheard of in the state for a player his age. As he enters only his junior year of high school, Rory is already verbally committed to Auburn, has earned a spot on the U.S. Junior Presidents Cup team and won the 2026 RLX Ralph Lauren Junior Classic at Bethpage Black. Michael is headed to Loyola University Maryland with an impressive résumé of his own, including two W.Y. Dear Junior Championship titles and a run to the Round of 16 at the 2026 U.S. Junior Amateur.
