This week's episode explores the dynamics behind FATHERHOOD. Many men go through ups and downs and self-doubt around the responsibilities of being a father. They have been conditioned over generations to muscle through and push those emotions down deep. That is not fair because they experience emotions just like any other normal human. It is time to break that cycle and begin having conversations about the hurdles that men face when trying to be a solid example for their children.
