#85: Is Rio de Janeiro safe?

Host Clark Vandeventer addresses the question, "Is Rio de Janeiro safe?" The country of Brazil gets a Level 2 travel advistory from the US State Department, but specific neighborhoods in Rio de Janeiro get a Level 4, which means DO NOT TRAVEL. Clark talks about the favelas. Would you go into a favela? Would you travel to a Level 4 country? There are currently 19 counties in the world that get a Level 4 Travel Advisory.
