Chad Barber-Simpson is a 14-year law enforcement veteran and the founder of The Blue & Beyond, a coaching and content brand focused on helping law enforcement professionals become better leaders, teammates, and versions of themselves.
Throughout his career, Chad has served in patrol, proactive investigative units, and a regional drug task force, while also working as a field training officer and instructor in areas including patrol tactics, driving, less-lethal options, and impaired driving.
