A BYU-Hawaii Big 3 graduate, return missionary, community rebel, healer, and passionate advocate — Jenilyn is the Co-Director of the Utah Pacific Islander Civic Engagement Coalition (UPICEC). She’s dedicated to empowering underrepresented Pacific Islander voices, bridging gaps between privilege and disparity, and getting our communities civically engaged.
